First published schedule, and not a change of processors: it restates the list already published, minus the WhatsApp notification channel, which no customer uses and whose provider agreements are not in place. Nothing is added, so nothing here requires an objection period. What is new is the disclosure itself — each entry now carries its scope (core, feature-bound, or bound to the contracting entity), the transfer mechanism it relies on, the agreement behind it, and a link to the provider's own subprocessor list.
